Tara is MAGIC. And that playlist?! If you know, you KNOW. 🚀 I swear she took me to outer space and somehow convinced my body to move in ways I didn’t know it could. I walked out thinking, “Did I really just do that?!” Amazing energy, incredible class, and mad respect for Tara. Five stars isn’t enou

My husband and I do pilates five days a week with Pilates Sculpt. We love it here! The staff is knowledgeable and committed to helping us get stronger and more flexible with every workout. This has been a life changing part of our daily routine. We love Tara and her staff!
