Taunya, has been a blessing for me. After having a bad experience with a knee surgery she has helped me get strength and flexibility back. I didn’t know much about Pilates but Taunya has taken me into a world of believing that body, mind and spirit are one. I only wish I could take her north when I have to leave Vero. But I will be back next season!

I have been taking pilates with Taunya since August of 2025. She is a very knowledgeable instructor and gently pushes you to achieve your stated goals. I have seen a huge transformation in my body.
