This is the best thing I have ever done for myself. The active aging reformer classes and the active aging mat classes at the new Maroochy Waters studio are incredible and all the instructors are amazing. It has such a beautiful friendly atmosphere that I have never encountered before in any other gym/fitness studio. Well done Kim, Tayla and Team.
