Staff is incredible at this location! Biggest shout out to Tensaye Y and Chanice! I a would recommend any Janet T or Cailtlin A class too.

My friend and I did a Full Body class for the first time. We never done Pilates before and I can’t say this class was easy, but our instructor Tensaye was amazing and really made the difference. The class is pretty fast paced, but she was always around checking in, adjusting us and helping us transition from one exercise to the next. She’s amazing and we’ll definitely be going back.
