I am a spin and functional fitness instructor turned Pilates fanatic. As a mom of two, my kiddos are my ultimate motivation to remain healthy and strong. Aging gracefully while staying mobile is the name of the game, and Pilates is my secret weapon! But here's a fair warning: in my class, expect motivation overload, contagious belly laughs, and a post-workout feeling of being ready to conquer the world! If you’re ready to sweat and slay; I am just the gal for you 🫶 Favourite Pilates Pose: no question, Feet in Straps (it’s the circles for me 😍) Fun fact: I competed on Big Brother Canada Season 9, surviving 69 days in the house, was the only mom on the show and proudly stood as the last female finalist in the end 👊 Aha moment: Losing my brother at a young age taught me life is too short to not follow your dreams. He's forever my driving force, and was one of the reasons I took a chance on me and started my fitness career at 36 years old ❤️
