Terri's ability to pinpoint your needs...and how they change...is remarkable, and that knowledge is building overall strength in me. There are constants in sessions but variety, too, as she assesses your needs and changes...especially with "ladies of a certain age" such as I! thank you, Terri!

I highly recommend The Pilates Sanctuary of Greenville SC. I've been taking Pilates classes from Terri, the owner and instructor, starting 6 years ago at her original studio in Englewood, FL. Since she relocated her facility to SC, I've enjoyed attending her classes virtually. Terri is knowledgable, friendly and enthusiastic. Take her classes, you will definitely enjoy the experience.
