Theresa

Every Pilates class I’ve taken at the Evergreen Park location has been a great experience. Theresa does a fantastic job explaining each movement and the engagement of specific body parts.

I really enjoyed the class and the instructor Theresa. . I won 4 classes through a raffle. I was only able to attend two classes In the month that I was restricted to use them in. They would not extend my time for a week or two even though many of the beginner classes were.full or not available in the evening since I work during the day. I was very disappointed in their lack of empathy.
