About Tiffany

Tiffany Hines, a Cincinnati, Ohio, native living in L.A. since 2004, is a full-time student and senior at California Baptist University in Riverside, California, majoring in Kinesiology. She found and fell in love with Pilates after rehabilitating from a devastating dance injury. As a former competitive dance coach, she has honed her teaching style to inspire and empower her students to love their bodies and reach their fullest potential. Besides teaching, some hobbies she enjoys are acting, weight lifting, playing with her French Bulldog Rocky, and, of course, practicing Pilates!
