Tori has retired from 25 years in the operation room as a CST specializing in Neuro/Spine procedures. Tori knows first hand why focusing on keeping a healthy Spine is so critical. Tori's wellness journey began with marathon training and completing 15 full marathons and 18 half marathons. A running injury led Tori to Pilates. What started as a way to rebuild strength and mobility quickly became a passion. Through consistent practice she experienced how mindful movement can improve physical health, confidence, resilience and overall well-being. The experience inspired Tori to become an instructor. She loves helping others discover what their bodies are capable of and creates a supportive space where clients can move safely, build strength and feel great in their bodies. Tori is certified in Pilates, 500 hrs, and certified in yoga (200 hrs). She joined Club Pilates through the bridge program. Tori's grateful she found a "retirement" career that she's so passionate about!
