Had my first class today and it was absolutely amazing. Side note, I’m 28 weeks pregnant & Valentina helped me from the moment I walked in to make sure I was comfortable. Even during the class, she made sure I was modifying stretches & not over doing it. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
