I wanted to try the Reformer, so I went to Vanessa C's class at Keana Madeleine without hesitation. I took the "basics" class and had a blast! Between the sequences on the machine, the surprise of new sensations in "familiar" poses, and Vanessa's teaching style, I highly recommend treating yourself
