About Vikki

Vikki grew up as an Air Force brat and followed in her father’s footsteps. While serving in the Air Force, she met her husband and they moved to the Hampton Roads area after he retired from the service. They have 3 adult children! Vikki’s journey into Pilates was inspired by her desire to celebrate her body’s ability to move throughout each season in her life. She believes in the power of movement so much that she wants to help others recognize and appreciate the beauty of movement. She believes Pilates’ mind and body connection helps her be a better person, REALTOR ® and golfer. It's a big part of her self-care!
