Attended Reformer Pilates Induction today, conducted by lovely owner and teacher Wendy so she could show me the ropes & I could ask any questions. Lovely new intimate Pilates studio with small class sizes tailored to individual needs, especially for those of us in our 50s and over who need that extra help. Keen to get started now so I can start getting my body back into shape!

I just moved to the Sunshine Coast and purchased the Introductory Pack to try out Oceans Studio Pilates. I have now completed 3 classes and found the classes to be exactly what I was looking for, Wendy and Emily are great instructors. Being a small group I found it to be personal and they were both very attentive, everyone in the classes was also very friendly.
