After decades of working in the field of health and human services, Winnie discovered a new passion…..Pilates! Over the years Winnie had actively participated in running, Jazzercise, Tai Chi, Yoga, strength training, hiking, and biking. After a knee injury curtailed her physical activity, she stumbled upon the world of exercise through pilates . The practice of pilates improved her balance, flexibility , strength, core development and mental focus. She gained so much from pilates that the next step for her had to be sharing the wonderful discovery with others. She pursued and completed the 500 hour comprehensive certification with club Pilates. In any spare time , she is taking more classes and pursuing other certifications related to pilates. Winnie is committed to encouraging others to overcome obstacles and move forward with their fitness and wellness goals.
