This studio is of the best Pilates studios I've found in the DFW area. I've taken 3 classes with Xavia so far and she's always so attentive. She makes everyone feels so included which I love.

I took my first class on Friday (the beginner class) with Xavia, who is also one of the founders and it was an awesome experience. The vibe was vibing! Sufficiently hard and a good stretch as well.
