Yvonne was born in New York City and raised in Europe in a culturally rich environment that shaped her zest for life. After a career in finance, she transitioned to fitness. In 2007, Yvonne fell in love with Pilates when she discovered the mind-body connection demanded by the practice and the increased awareness she felt in her body. She is now a comprehensively certified Pilates Instructor at Club Pilates, creating engaging classes that challenge and nurture her students. Yvonne views Pilates as a celebration of movement and a way to connect with oneself. In her free time, she spends time with her family and friends. She enjoys traveling, hiking, dancing, reading, and movies.
