Zarah grew up on a farm and was very active as a child. She started going to the gym and lifting weights when she was thirteen, which fueled her passion for health and fitness leading her to become a Certified Personal Trainer. Zarah was subsequently drawn to Pilates as a gentler form of exercise and to build core strength and stability. She’s certified on all apparatus (reformer, mat, chair, springboard, cadillac, barrel, etc) and is one of the first two comprehensively trained and certified Club Pilates Instructors in Winnipeg. Zarah is passionate about helping people fall in love with moving their body and reaching their goals.
