Certified through Peak Pilates in 2012, Elizabeth is dedicated to sharing her passion for the practice with clients of all backgrounds, using her warm approach and strong personal connections to foster a supportive environment.

Christina M teaches Pilates Reformer at Club Pilates in Frisco, where her philosophy, "just keep moving," guides her approach. With a background in physical therapy and dance, she tailors her sessions to meet each client's unique needs, ensuring everyone can thrive. As a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher and Master Trainer, Christina is dedicated to helping clients achieve their fitness goals while enjoying the journey.

Chin W is a Comprehensive Certified Pilates Instructor at Club Pilates in Frisco, where she specializes in Pilates Reformer classes. Originally from Seattle and part of the Club Pilates community since 2020, Chin is passionate about empowering others to achieve strength, balance, and confidence in their bodies. When not teaching, she enjoys exploring new cuisines, traveling, and spending quality time with her husband and two children.

Amanda K is a certified Pilates instructor at Club Pilates in Frisco, where she has been teaching since 2021, specializing in Pilates Reformer. Originally from Frisco and now living in McKinney, Amanda values the warm and welcoming community at Club Pilates. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with her golden doodle, Bradlee.

Alexis is a dedicated Pilates Reformer instructor at Club Pilates in North York, bringing her extensive experience since she began practicing in 2007. A former competitive gymnast, Alexis turned to Pilates for rehabilitation after a significant hip injury, leading her to become a passionate student and eventually a comprehensively certified STOTT Pilates instructor. Her own journey through motherhood, where she practiced Pilates during both pregnancies, has deepened her commitment to helping others achieve their fitness goals.

With over 13 years of teaching experience, she brings her background in dance and a BASI certification to her classes.
