After transitioning from a corporate career, she discovered her passion for Pilates and obtained her 500-hour comprehensive certification through Club Pilates Teacher Training. Inga is a dedicated Pilates Reformer instructor at Club Pilates in Brentwood, where she combines her passion for fitness with her extensive experience in healthcare. A mother of two and a performer with the band Lola Montez, she enjoys engaging with clients on a personal level, understanding their unique needs, and guiding them towards improved health and strength. Inga completed her comprehensive Pilates certification in 2021 after discovering her love for the practice in 2011.

Breana, known to friends as Bee, is a passionate Pilates instructor at Club Pilates in Gallatin, specializing in Pilates Reformer. Originally from California and now residing in Tennessee, she has been teaching since 2020, driven by her love for the practice and a desire to guide others on their fitness journeys. In addition to her work in health and wellness, Breana enjoys hiking with her dog and exploring new adventures with friends.
