Club Pilates

Tania A is a dedicated Pilates instructor at Club Pilates in Chasewood North, where she specializes in Pilates Reformer. Certified in 2025, Tania is passionate about fostering a supportive community, helping clients enhance their strength and longevity. A Florida native now living in Palm Beach Gardens, she enjoys iced coffee, family time, and exploring new restaurants, all while maintaining her own Pilates practice to inspire her teaching.

Karen Aul, a dedicated Pilates instructor at Club Pilates in Town Center, found her passion for Pilates as a way to manage her scoliosis. After earning her certifications from PHI and Stott, as well as in Barre, she joined Club Pilates in early 2023 to share the benefits of Pilates Reformer with others. Originally from Altamonte Springs and now living in Juno Beach, Karen enjoys paddle boarding, karaoke, and traveling in her free time.

Ashley W. teaches Pilates Reformer at Club Pilates in Chasewood North. With a certification from Club Pilates earned in 2025, she emphasizes the importance of a strong mind-body connection through movement. Originally from Bridgewater, NJ, and currently based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, Ashley enjoys reading, practicing yoga, and spending quality time with her three children when she’s not in the studio.

Jessica L is a certified Pilates instructor at Club Pilates in Chasewood North, specializing in Pilates Reformer. Originally from Maryland and now based in Tequesta, Florida, she joined the Club Pilates community in September 2025 and values the supportive environment and wonderful members. Outside of teaching, Jessica enjoys beach walks with her dog, participating in Pilates classes, and spending quality time with friends and family.
