With a background in dance, she brings a unique perspective to her classes, emphasizing both physical and mental well-being. Originally from the NY/NJ area and now living in Winter Garden, Tori enjoys spending her free time at Orlando's theme parks, cooking, and choreographing, alongside her dog Juno.

Greg K, a dedicated Pilates instructor at Club Pilates in Ocoee, brings a wealth of experience to his classes. Originally from South Africa, he holds a degree in Sports Management and an Advanced Certification in Health and Nutritional Sciences. Originally from Basking Ridge, NJ, Jacs is passionate about fostering a supportive community and helping others discover the joy of movement, a journey she began after losing 70 pounds. Outside the studio, she enjoys exploring nature and listening to audiobooks.

After earning her certification through Club Pilates in 2019, she has spent seven years helping others enhance their well-being through movement. Originally from Miramar, Florida, Ericka moved to Central Florida to pursue a new career after completing her MBA, motivated by a passion for empowering individuals through Pilates.

Macy Howard is an aspiring Pilates instructor at Club Pilates in Ocoee, where she focuses on Pilates Reformer classes. Originally from Slidell, Louisiana, and now based in Orlando, Florida, Macy is passionate about the transformative benefits of Pilates for everyone. After earning her certification in 2023, she has passionately shared her love for movement, believing in its ability to benefit all bodies. Originally from Río de Janeiro and now based in Leesburg, FL, Wanessa enjoys the outdoors and reading when she's not teaching.

Certified in 2024, she offers classes that blend classic and contemporary Pilates techniques, providing a full-body workout. Alexis is a dedicated Pilates Reformer instructor at Club Pilates in North York, bringing her extensive experience since she began practicing in 2007. A former competitive gymnast, Alexis turned to Pilates for rehabilitation after a significant hip injury, leading her to become a passionate student and eventually a comprehensively certified STOTT Pilates instructor. Her own journey through motherhood, where she practiced Pilates during both pregnancies, has deepened her commitment to helping others achieve their fitness goals.

With a passion for blending challenging workouts with intentional movements, she creates a supportive environment for her clients. Originally from Orlando and now living in Lake Nona, Tyana enjoys attending musicals and concerts, as well as spending time outdoors when she's not in the studio.

She earned her certification from the University of Las Vegas Nevada in 2018 and became a certified personal trainer in 2024. Originally from Kansas, Jenni is passionate about helping individuals of all ages experience the transformative benefits of Pilates. Outside of teaching, she enjoys professional dancing, traveling, and exploring the ocean.
