Since earning her certification in 2020, she has embraced the diverse class formats offered at Club Pilates. Originally from Titusville, FL, Slone now lives in the Orlando area and enjoys attending live concerts, relaxing on the beach, and spending quality time with her family in her free time.

Now residing in Lake Mary, Florida, Allix enjoys sharing her passion for Pilates with a diverse community while balancing her career in higher education sales.

Originally from Winter Springs and now living in Oviedo, Michelle enjoys spending her free time boating, crafting, and enjoying quality moments with her friends and family.

Cynthia B is a dedicated Pilates Reformer instructor at Club Pilates in Pineloch. Certified by Romana Kryzanowska in 1995, she has been teaching since the Winter Park studio opened in 2017. Originally from Texas and a former New Yorker, Cynthia is passionate about sharing her love for Pilates in group settings and also coaches Rock Steady Boxing for individuals with Parkinson’s disease.
