Originally from Kitty Hawk, NC, she has been teaching since 2021 and is passionate about making Pilates approachable for individuals of all skill levels. Outside of her teaching, Natalia enjoys beach outings and attending live music events.

Karina B is a dedicated Pilates instructor at Club Pilates in Orlando, specializing in Pilates Reformer. She received her Pilates certification from BMC Pilates in 2010 and has been with Club Pilates since 2017. Originally from Maracaibo, Venezuela, Karina appreciates the inclusive atmosphere of Club Pilates, where she believes in making Pilates accessible for everyone. Outside of teaching, she enjoys spending time at the beach, skating, and dining at local restaurants.

Julie L is a certified Pilates instructor at Club Pilates in Orlando, specializing in Pilates Reformer. Originally from Toronto and now living in Winter Garden, she is passionate about creating an inclusive and supportive environment for clients of all fitness levels. Outside of teaching, Julie enjoys spending quality time with her family, working out, and exploring new cuisines.

After earning her certification in 2023, she has passionately shared her love for movement, believing in its ability to benefit all bodies. Originally from Río de Janeiro and now based in Leesburg, FL, Wanessa enjoys the outdoors and reading when she's not teaching.

A former competitive gymnast, Alexis turned to Pilates for rehabilitation after a significant hip injury, leading her to become a passionate student and eventually a comprehensively certified STOTT Pilates instructor. Her own journey through motherhood, where she practiced Pilates during both pregnancies, has deepened her commitment to helping others achieve their fitness goals.
