Christian H is a certified Pilates instructor at Club Pilates in the Greenway / Upper Kirby Area, specializing in Pilates Reformer classes. Originally from Atlanta and now based in Houston's Energy Corridor, Christian was first attracted to Club Pilates as a front desk associate due to its welcoming atmosphere. Outside of teaching, she enjoys reading, knitting, and spending time with her husband and dog.

Lizzy M is a certified Pilates instructor at Club Pilates in the Greenway/Upper Kirby Area, specializing in Pilates Reformer. A former member who discovered her passion for Pilates, she is dedicated to making the practice accessible and enjoyable for everyone. Outside of teaching, Lizzy enjoys dancing, traveling, participating in sports, and exploring new culinary experiences.

Allee C is a certified Pilates instructor at Club Pilates in Shadow Creek Ranch, where she specializes in Pilates Reformer. Since joining the team in 2023, Allee has dedicated herself to empowering and guiding her students on their fitness journeys. Originally from Houston, she enjoys spending her free time by the water, coloring, and socializing with friends.

Lisa N is a dedicated Pilates instructor at Club Pilates in Missouri City, where she specializes in Pilates Reformer. Certified by Peak Pilates in 2023, she is passionate about empowering individuals to reach their full potential. Originally from Montana and a resident of the Sugarland area for 15 years, Lisa also teaches elementary school, inspiring her students to embrace challenges. In her free time, she enjoys reading, running, weight training, and spending quality moments with her two boys.

Sally Jo K is a certified Pilates instructor at Club Pilates in Missouri City, where she specializes in Pilates Reformer classes. After originally being drawn to Pilates for rehabilitation from a knee injury, she discovered her passion for teaching and has been guiding clients since 2023. A native of Sugar Land, Sally Jo enjoys hiking, traveling, and supporting the Astros during her time outside the studio.

Alexis is a dedicated Pilates Reformer instructor at Club Pilates in North York, bringing her extensive experience since she began practicing in 2007. A former competitive gymnast, Alexis turned to Pilates for rehabilitation after a significant hip injury, leading her to become a passionate student and eventually a comprehensively certified STOTT Pilates instructor. Her own journey through motherhood, where she practiced Pilates during both pregnancies, has deepened her commitment to helping others achieve their fitness goals.
