Kim holds the role as our Director of Pilates and Master Teacher, bringing a unique blend of clinical movement expertise, a respected voice in international Pilates education and leadership to the organization. She leads instructor development, oversees continuing education, supports curriculum quality across multiple studios, and helps shape both programming and instructional standards company-wide. Recognized as a global leader in Pilates teacher training, Kim has authored comprehensive certification manuals and helped develop nationally recognized education programs. She has trained and mentored instructors across the U.S., Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. With a background in rehabilitation and clinical movement therapy, Kim blends science-based principles with a mind-body approach to deliver results-driven instruction with emphasis on the increase and retention of students, instructors and member population. She is passionate about cultivating confident instructors, elevating teaching standards, and building a results-driven Pilates culture across our studios.

Cristina Matthiesen holds a MS in Exercise Science from Montclair State University and completed her comprehensive Pilates training through Power Pilates NY in 2008. Since then, she has trained and continued her education under various masters and senior classical Pilates teachers’ trainers. Her passion for exercise started as a young athlete where she practiced gymnastics for over 10 years and led her to earn a degree in Physical Education.   Cristina teaches her clients with enthusiasm and compassion, understanding their needs and goals helping them achieve optimal health and vitality in their lives.

Edwin is a Lead Instructor for Club Pilates and teaches classes in the Morristown, Denville, Montclair, and West Caldwell studios. He has been practicing Pilates for over 20 years. Edwin received his Pilates Mat/Equipment certification from Gramercy Pilates NYC. He also holds a 500-hour comprehensive Pilates certification certificate from KF360 International Academy of Pilates and Wellness. Edwin is also a certified yoga instructor and a yoga and mindfulness instructor for children. He firmly believes that Pilates can help everyone move more efficiently, gain confidence, become stronger and more flexible, improve posture, and reduce pain
