Denise Lynne is a compassionate and experienced Certified Pilates instructor teaching pilates since 2010 with a rich background in dance. Having trained and performed extensively, Denise’s love for movement was abruptly challenged when an injury forced her to step away from the dance world she cherished. What felt like the end of one journey became the beginning of another when she discovered the transformative power of Pilates. Through her own recovery, Denise realized that movement isn’t just about performance—it’s about healing, strength, and reclaiming joy in your body. Her journey ignited a passion for helping others, particularly those who’ve experienced injuries and are hesitant to start moving again. She continued her training getting certified in Barre in 2015 & then in 2024 was certified in Pilates Suspension Method. Denise understands the fear and frustration that come with starting over, and she meets each client with empathy, expertise, and encouragement. Whether you’re regaining mobility, building strength, or seeking a new connection with your body, Denise’s personalized approach empowers you to move with confidence and ease. Today, Denise inspires her clients to see challenges not as barriers but as opportunities to grow stronger, inside and out. With her guidance, you’ll rediscover the freedom and resilience that comes from mindful, intentional movement.

Jen started her fitness journey with classical ballet at age 5 and continues to take classes and teach ballet to young children. She founded a small dance company while away at Quinnipiac University while earning an English degree because she was thinking of being a teacher. But, painfully shy back then, after graduating didn't know what to do as a career. She had time on her hands and expanded her fitness routine with all different group fitness classes. Pilates was a favorite so she became a certified mat and reformer Pilates instructor. Soon after getting certified in Pilates, she decided to become a registered nurse, teaching Pilates and ballet during nursing school. As the years progressed, Jen became a NASM certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, getting certified in TRX, booty barre, HIIT, Tabata, Zumba, and kickboxing. Jen loves to share her enthusiasm for health and fitness and practices what she preaches by working out regularly. She knows the importance of embracing the body and mind as a whole and uses her knowledge of human anatomy and fitness to ensure the use of proper form and technique while keeping classes fun and creative. She hopes to see you in class! Jen's mantra is "you are one Pilates/workout class away from a good mood!"

Hello, my name is Avery Kim, I started Pilates out of curiosity, but it quickly became a passion as I saw incredible changes in my body—especially getting stronger! I used to struggle even lifting a golf club, but now my swing is so much more powerful. Pilates has also helped ease my back and shoulder pain from sitting at a desk. I’m excited to share these benefits with others! Outside of Pilates, I love solving puzzles and traveling to new places. I can’t wait to help more people feel stronger and healthier through Pilates!

My name is Skyler, and I’m thrilled to share a bit about myself and my journey with movement, teaching, and wellness. From high school through college, I served as the captain of a celebrity soccer cheerleading team, an experience that shaped my understanding of physical discipline, performance, and leadership. It was during those years that I fell in love with movement—not just as a form of athletic expression, but as a way to connect with others and build confidence. Outside of the studio, I’m an outdoor enthusiast. I find balance and inspiration hiking through forest trails embracing nature as a way to recharge and stay grounded.I’m also an avid skier and find great joy in teaching my friends how to ski—there’s something truly rewarding about helping others discover new confidence in their bodies.
