Mallory fell in love with Pilates during her undergraduate studies and while rehabilitating from a hip injury. The endless results inspired her to begin a lifelong journey of Pilates training and continuing education. She has a lifetime love of soccer, golf and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. In her free time, Mallory enjoys traveling, playing with her dog, being outdoors, art projects, going to concerts, cooking, and most importantly spending time with family and friends.

Tatiana has always been passionate about fitness and healthy lifestyle. She started her fitness career journey 15 years ago working as group fitness instructor and youth dance teacher. During her career Tatiana taught multiple styles like: boot camp, HIIT, Zumba, Kickboxing, Kettlebells, Yoga, Pilates mat, Pilates reformer, myofascial release, step aerobics, TRX, body ballet. She is certified in all of the above and Barr! Tatiana worked in different fitness facilities: private small gyms, big open gyms, corporate gyms, and personal training settings. This broad experience helped her to understand the importance of multidimensional approach to wellness. All types of wellness activities are important and one selects the style they like and what makes them feel good achieving their goals. After years of focus on high intensity training, she thinks that mind and body programs are very important part of holistic development. It is important to be able to control and listen to your body; which requires practice and focus. Pilates and Yoga are very good tools to understand your body and start working on things it really needs. Tatiana focuses her work with clients on helping them with their physical wellness, stress relieve and positive emotions.
