Julianna started practicing Pilates more than 8 years ago. Once she and her family moved to Raleigh, Julianna joined Club Pilates. Seeing and feeling how Pilates made her she feel-she wanted to help others with their Pilates practice. Julianna completed Club Pilates teacher training and has been teaching in the Triangle since 2020. She loves that Pilates is a form of exercise available to every body. Her favorite classes to teach are advanced level and center and balance. When she’s not at the studio teaching or taking a class, Julianna likes to travel with her husband and 4 kids.

Kerry has been working in the fitness industry for over 10 years helping people of all ages and abilities discover the benefits of regular exercise and find that "Fit Feels Best." She is a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise instructor and holds certifications with ACSM, AFAA, TRX, Tabata Boot Camp and Silver Sneakers. She has experience teaching group classes in aerobics, cycling, TRX, kettlebell, muscle conditioning, yoga and mat Pilates. Kerry was excited to discover the reformer and EXO chair and find how that kind of Pilates workout makes the body respond in yet another way. She is excited to join Club Pilates because of the variety of classes offered. Kerry is very attuned to the physical limitations we all have and is eager to help clients modify movements to find success while still being challenged.

Sue Gann has been in the Fitness Industry for over 22 years. She attended Virginia Tech for computer science. Her personal training certification is from ACE, group fitness from AFAA, and a comprehensive education in Pilates mat and equipment from various organizations including many from Balanced Body. Among many other fitness disciplines she holds certifications with Trigger Point, Bosu and TRX and is a Biomechanics Coach, ACSM Cancer Exercise Trainer and a Pink Ribbon Pilates Specialist. Sue began practicing Pilates thirteen years ago and has taught Pilates mat and equipment at Wake Med Hospital, the YMCA, Health Trax and Rex Wellness Center. Sue has extensive knowledge, education and experience with exercise and most clinical conditions including but not limited to pre and post natal, oncology, spinal conditions, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, menopause and osteoporosis. She also helps kids get off on the right foot with fitness in her afterschool Zumba for Kids classes. Sue is passionate about helping our country get healthy and fit again. She works everyday in some capacity to help people help themselves stay or get fit and healthy and loves being a part of the solution!

Alyssa has been teaching Pilates for more the last several years. When she first discovered Pilates, it completely changed her life - helping her become more present, energized, and strong, and eventually allowing her to turn a passion into a career! For Alyssa, Pilates is more than just movement; it’s a source of connection and community. She loves being a small part of her clients’ day-to-day lives and supporting them as they challenge themselves and work toward their goals (sometimes with a smile along the way)! There is nothing more rewarding than watching people grow stronger and more confident in their bodies. When not in the studio, Alyssa is spending time with loved ones and/or enjoying the outdoors!

Abby first discovered Pilates as a way to reconnect with movement in a sustainable way after many years of participating in a variety of athletics. She developed a deeper appreciation for mindful movement, leading her to become a comprehensively trained instructor through the Club Pilates Teacher Training Program. With a background in rehabilitation as a speech-language pathologist, focusing on neurodegenerative diseases and strokes, she saw firsthand how chronic health conditions can impact everyday life. This experience shaped her passion for helping others build healthier, sustainable relationships with movement. She focuses on guiding clients toward strength, balance, and body awareness to help reduce the risk of chronic health conditions and injuries as well as improve quality of life. She is passionate about creating a welcoming space that emphasizes that Pilates is for everyone, helping members in her classes move with greater confidence and ease. In her free time Abby enjoys gardening, reading, and going on walks with her husband, son, and two pups!
